As it took time before someone got interested in spending a money loan on the property, the singer reduced its price to $25 million until it was sold for the said price. Gwen might have earned something here after buying it for $13.25 million in 2006 with her former husband, Gavin Rossdale. It was initially built in 1998 and renovated in 2003.
