Graduating as her batch’s cum laude, Ann Coulter followed up her college studies by taking a graduate course in law and worked as a lawyer for some time. Along the way, she also contributed to a few newspaper publishers, such as The Cornell Review and the Michigan Law Review. Since then, Ann has written more than a few columns and books, many of which have become best-sellers.

Besides working as an author, Ann also dabbles in the real estate business, with one of her purchases being an Upper East Side apartment worth $577,000. Although it doesn’t have any photos of its interior space yet, we do know that this 1,400-square-foot pad has two bedrooms, a wood-burning fireplace, and a library. With that said, the best-selling author is reportedly planning to renovate the place, perhaps to increase its value before returning it to the market.
