Celine Dion has sold her iconic oceanfront Florida mansion with a water park in the backyard for $28 million. The house first hit the market for $72 million, but the asking price gradually went down to $38.5 million. It wasn’t revealed if Celine got back her initial investment in buying this house after selling it for less than half of the original price. She originally bought it for only $7 million, not including the additions and renovations.

The new owner is undoubtedly a lucky one with over five acres of land size. It has 13 beds, 14 baths, a guest house, a golf simulator, and over 400 feet of ocean frontage. However, it is best known for its water park that comes with a river, water cannons, slides, and a treehouse. The buyer, reportedly, uses this as a vacation home just like how it should be.
