The pop singer chooses to stay in a low-key place in L.A. than to Hollywood’s noisy and glitzy area. The house screams of great modesty with its modern farmhouse style, but it is still filled with great amenities despite that. It has top-of-the-line kitchen appliances, a wet bar with a lounge, a soundproof home theatre, and an elevator of its own.

The 8,500-square-foot house also has six beds and nine baths, a two-car garage, and a long gated driveway, leading to another car garage that can fit four more vehicles. This only means that Demi can accept several visitors at once if she wants. People are glad to be guests.
