You may know Taylor Swift for her impressive music career, but she is also doing good when it comes to investment planning. At 30 years old, the pop giant already has $84 million worth of real estate to her name, spread all over the U.S. This includes her $20 million penthouse in Tribeca, and she doesn’t just have one.

In 2014, famously known by her fans as Tay-Tay, she bought two adjacent penthouses in an old building in Tribeca. She had this place renovated and turned it into a huge duplex with ten beds and ten baths. It also has excellent features, like a billiards room and a beautiful staircase. To give you more idea about how great of a house is this, Taylor bought it from none other than Peter Jackson, famous for his box office hit Lord of the Rings trilogy.
