Kaley Cuoco and her husband, Karl Cook, may have decided to live together after getting married for two years. The Big Bang Theory star admitted they have an “unconventional marriage,” living separately, but things seem to change after buying a $12-million house in Hidden Hills together.

However, since the two got the deal off the market, little was known about the property. It is believed to be built by the veteran local developer Peter Baer, who bought the 1.5-acre lot from the NBA star Tyson Chandler in 2016 for $2.7 million. He then made a modern farmhouse home, which seemed to suit Kaley’s taste perfectly. Baer even added a white picket fence that gave it a semi-rural feel that could rarely be seen in Hollywood. Known for her love for farms and animals, Kaley is surely giving Baer all the credits for his incredible work.
