Sally Margaret Field is an actress who is no stranger to receiving numerous accolades for her work. You may recognize her best as Mrs. Gump, Forrest Gump’s mother. Sally Field was born in California in 1946. Her acting credit in the film remains one of her most notable. She made her debut in 1962’s Moon Pilot, where Field appeared as an extra.

She was also in 1981’s Absence of Malice, 1982’s Kiss Me Goodbye, 1993’s Mrs. Doubtfire. Most recently, she was part of The Amazing Spider-Man movies. In 2016, it was reported that Field placed her Malibu home on the market for $7.9 million. Located in the 3-acre plot is a 6,000 sq. ft. four-bedroom main house, a guesthouse, a tennis court, horse stalls, riding facilities, and a heated saltwater swimming pool.
