Vicki Ree Principal, popularly known as Victoria Principal, is an actress, producer, and author. Her film debut was through her role as Marie Elena in 1972’s The Life and Times of Judge Roy Bean, which earned her a Golden Globe nomination for Most Promising Newcomer. Outside of films, Principal is a best-selling author, with three books to her credit: 1983’s The Body Principal, 1984’s The Beauty Principal, and 1987’s The Diet Principal.

In 2016, it was reported that Principal’s former home had been placed on the market for $2.795. The house is located in Beverly Hills. During her stay, the Principal made upgrades to the design, especially the Bluestone decking surrounding the pool. The real estate agent in charge of the house describes it as “beautifully executed and well maintained.”
