Donald Sutherland | $2.995 Million, Palisades Beach

Donald McNichol Sutherland has a film career spanning over five decades. He was born in New Brunswick, Canada. He may have starred in the Hunger Games films, but Sutherland’s rise to fame was thanks to his acting credit in movies such as 1967’s The Dirty Dozen and 1978’s Invasion of the Body Snatchers.

Neil Jacobson’s oceanfront home in Palisades beach – which was originally designed and owned by Donald Sutherland – has been declared for sale with a $2.995 million price tag. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a built-in library wall, a master suite overlooking the beach, and a movie theater. It must be quite a pleasant experience falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. We say it’s worth the price of this house!
