Brigitte Bardot is a French former actress and singer, and animal rights activist. Brigitte Bardot started her acting career in 1952 but later gained attention worldwide for her role in 1957’s And God Created Woman. In 1965, she starred in Louis Malle’s film Viva Maria! The film got her nominated for a Best Foreign Actress Award from BAFTA. She retired in 1973 after having starred in 47 films. Bardot also recorded over 60 songs during her career.

Recently, it was reported that Bardot is selling her Cote d’Azur home for $5.65 million. The house has fourteen bedrooms, a central pavilion with a fireplace, two infinity pools, a wine cave, three vineyards, and an olive grove.
